Crash wines take their distinctive name from the economic crash that occurred just before their launch.
The bottles come with 6 different labels, inspired on pop-art by Roy Lichtenstein. Every case of 6 bottles contains one of each label version.
Produced by the Crash winery which is part of the Pago los Balancines winery, it is located in the Ribera de Guadiana (DO) area of Extremadura in south-west Spain. A unique place to grow grapes, it is nestled between two mountains at an altitude of 450 metres making the area the perfect location to cultivate the eclectic mix of well-known Spanish grape varietals and regional specialties used in the wines. Working in a sustainable way to benefit the environment and the local community, the Crash winery has a commitment to quality and only uses the best organic grapes, all of which are hand-picked and then expertly blended.
