Made of first quality starting material, only using tear must (pressed by gravity). Then, pre-fermentative cold maceration is applied to enhance the aromatic and polyphenolic extraction. The mixture of varieties of this wine brings great power and aromatic complexity to the wine. Also, only using tear must is decisive to define the quality of this wine.
