Refreshing and pleasant unoaked wine. Intense floral and fruity aromas.
Pale straw colour with a green hue. Aromatic and spicy nose, floral with dry spices and yellow plum. Medium weight on the palate with high extract, some phenolic and tannic notes with dry spices and a floral finish, medium length.

Perfect with spicy food from Asia, North Africa, India or Latin America. Also Japanese food, steamed vegetables, freshwater fish, duck meat and foie.
Suggested serving temperature: 6ºC to 8ºC
Harvest: Manual in 20 kg cases in September.
Elaboration: Selection table at entrance of the winery. De-stemming and opened up grapes directly over the tank. Must separation at night and traditional open pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation at 16ºC. Post-fermentative maceration with lees. No oak ageing.
