Bodegas Obergo
Single 75cl bottle

Sueños by Obergo

Prêt-à-porter’ wine, fresh, fruity, casual.
The soil and climate of our vineyard allow us to make a ‘different’ Somontano.

The wine region of Somontano lies at the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains. The name Somontano actually means ‘Beneath the Mountain’.

The unreachable dream of the Unicorn artwork in our label reflects a fresh, crisp and exotic white wine.

Winemaker notes

Our winemaker’s patience has resulted in Sueños by Obergo.

Careful selection of grapes once they arrive at our winery. Night crushing to release juice and to preserve all the properties from the grape and its traditional, open pressing. The alcoholic fermentations followed perfect kinetics due to the strict controls that were carried out, together with the extraction of round and ripe tannins that can only be obtained out of grapes of the highest quality.

Harvest: Manual in 20 kg cases in September.
Elaboration: Selection table at entrance of the winery. De-stemming and opened up grapes directly over the tank. Must separation at night and traditional open pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation at 16ºC. Post-fermentative maceration with lees. No oak ageing.
