Haragán
Tasting notes

Haragán
Food pairing notes
Perfect with grilled meats, stews, pasta with meat sauces.
Haragán
Winemaker notes
Our entire vineyard is rain-fed and goblet trained, with the plants well spaced out. This allows us to make efficient use of the water in our soil, which is very stony on the surface, has plenty of fertility and good depth, with great capacity for storing rainwater.

Haragán
Mastiffs
Haragán is the particular homage of this cellar to the dog with which they began the work of recovery of the Spanish mastiff breed in Extremadura, where it lived for 4,000 years.
Haragán means ‘sluggard’ in Spanish.
